Famous Pilgrim/Hiking trail which starts from the church ruins in Selånger village to Trondheim in Norway. There are signs put up all along the trail route. You can walk all the way from the Swedish east coast to Nidaros, the old name for the city of Trondheim, on the Norwegian Atlantic coast. Or you can walk with us, perhaps a guided tour for a week or only one day.
Pilgrim's Way begins at St. Olaf Selånger just west of Sundsvall and goes through Medelpad in Jämtland. The trail passes Ostersund, Frösön Hållandsgårdens pilgrim center and go through the Åre and cold up to the Norwegian border and then up to Stiklestad, site of Olav Haraldsson was killed in 1030. From there the trail goes down to Trondheim.
